The Texas Aroid Show is an annual celebration of rare and beautiful plants, bringing together collectors, vendors, and enthusiasts from across the country. Since its founding by Mylene “Lene” Sloane and her core group of pioneers, TAS has grown into one of the most anticipated plant events in Texas — a weekend filled with vibrant displays, unique vendors, engaging competitions, and a true sense of community.

​Now in its 5th year, TAS 2025 will be hosted by Rooted Treasures HTX, LLC at the Berry Center in Cypress, TX. This year’s show will feature an expanded vendor hall, the beloved Darling of the Crowd competition, VIP early access, and opportunities to connect with plant lovers from near and far.

​TAS isn’t just a market — it’s an experience. Our mission is to create a welcoming space where people can discover extraordinary plants, learn from one another, and celebrate the joy of growing.
